Call of Duty WW2 world reveal COUNTDOWN: Watch CoD reveal trailer and live stream here by Hot News Cowboys in Gaming:
It’s not known just yet how extensive this world reveal will be. Shall Activision show off any in-game footage? Will a Call of Duty WW2 Nintendo Switch release be revealed?
Should Activision show off any in-game footage? Will a Call of Duty WW2 Nintendo Switch release be revealed? Could we get more details about the Call of Duty WW2 private beta or season pass?
Only time will tell, but so far, we at least know when Activision plans to release Call of Duty WW2, thanks to some of the least subtle marketing posters which started in Paris and ended up across London’s IMAX Cinema displaying a huge November 3 release.
This latest detail follows on from the release of the games first trailer, which appeared over the weekend on YouTube and Instagram.
More specific details about the main campaign were also revealed, which read:
“Call of Duty: WWII tells the story of an unbreakable brotherhood of common men fighting to preserve freedom in a world on the brink of tyranny.
“Players enlist in a gritty intense journey through the battlegrounds of war.
“The campaign features bold, lifelike visuals with the kind of blockbuster cinematic authenticity that only Call of Duty can deliver.”
Despite Advanced Warfare and Black Ops 3 both offering a release on Xbox 360 and PS3 in past years, Infinite Warfare bucked the trend and only released on PS4 and Xbox One.
And based on retail listings so far, we can only assume that Activision is planning to skip the Switch and these legacy consoles entirely.
No doubt there will be plenty more details about Call of Duty WW2 as we edge towards the game’s full reveal next week, so stay tuned for more details as they come in.
