Former Penn State president Graham Spanier and former vp Gary Schultz should spend two months in jail. Former athletic director Tim Curley will spend three months in jail. The remainder of their sentences can be served in home arrest.
Spanier can be submitting an attraction. He was sentenced to 4 to 12 months. Curley acquired 23 months, and Schultz has pleaded responsible to endangering the welfare of kids.
Mike McQueary, a graduate teaching assistant, informed directors that he noticed Sandusky molesting a boy in a soccer group bathe in 2001. Spanier, Curley and Schultz didn’t report Sandusky to little one welfare authorities or police.
The prosecution’s key proof included notes and e-mail exchanges during which Curley, Schultz and Spanier debated what to do after McQueary’s report.
